Our services are described on this website and defined in the written proposal, quote or message exchange we agree with you. Starting prices shown on the site are indicative; the agreed scope and price in your proposal apply.
Payments
Fees, billing cycles and payment deadlines are set out in your proposal. Advertising budgets for platforms such as Google or Meta are paid separately to those platforms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings, ad performance, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, budget and your own offers. We work to improve results but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Case studies and statistics on this site describe past work and are not promises of future results.
Free social media templates
Our introductory template offer, including any free first month and optional paid plan, is described on the Templates pages. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, logos and content you give us, and for having the right to use them.
Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the logos, text and materials you provide. Deliverables we create for you become yours after full payment, except for third-party assets, fonts, stock media or software that carry their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access, approvals and accurate information, and to use our work lawfully. Some projects need access to your ad, analytics or website accounts; you remain the owner of those accounts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ElaroDigital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, outages or changes to their policies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim arose.
Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated tools against it beyond normal browsing. The content and design are ours unless stated otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Gaya, Bihar.
